Ashley Davidow

Ashley Davidow serves as counsel in the firm’s Litigation Group.

Ashley joined the firm from the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where she served for eight years as a Deputy Attorney General and represented the State’s Division of Child Protection and Permanency’s Camden East and Camden Central Local Offices. There, she was responsible for managing every aspect of a high volume, fast-paced litigation docket including trial, regular case management appearances, preparation of exhibits, crafting trial strategy, and preparation of both lay and expert witnesses for testimony. In this role, Ashley also gained significant experience in briefing and arguing matters before the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Appellate Division.


While in law school, Ashley interned for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, Appellate Unit – where she prepared a variety of trial-level briefs, as well as briefs in opposition to motions for post-conviction relief. Following law school, Ashley clerked for the Honorable Gary D. Wodlinger, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Cumberland/Salem County, Chancery Division, Family Part.

Ashley received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – where she served as Chairman of the Hunter Moot Court Board. She received her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Rutgers University, where she was selected to be an Eagleton Institute of Politics Undergraduate Associate.
