Alan S. Mohl focuses his practice on government investigations, white-collar criminal and regulatory defense matters, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining CSG Law, Alan served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for over 22 years. In this role, he conducted white collar investigations involving complex financial crimes, money laundering, domestic public corruption, and international corruption (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act). Alan also served as Associate Division Counsel for the FBI’s Newark Division. In this role, Alan reviewed requests for the use of the FBI’s most sensitive techniques and provided legal and strategic advice regarding all matters within the FBI’s purview.
Prior to working for the FBI, Alan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas DeMartin, Mercer County Superior Court and worked as a legal assistant at the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.
Alan earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A. in Religious Studies, cum laude, from the University of Rochester.
