Kerry Jean Moore serves as Chief Legal Talent Officer, leading the firm’s legal recruiting and talent experience team. In this role, Kerry Jean oversees and collaborates with the administrative C-suite, management and executive committees, and practice group leaders on the strategy and implementation of all levels of talent acquisition and professional development programming.
Prior to joining CSG Law, Kerry Jean served as Chief Talent Officer for a global AmLaw 100 firm where she led a team across national and global networks to model and execute best practices in all talent service operations.
