Danielle M. Federico practices with the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group, where she represents residential, commercial and industrial developers and redevelopers.
Prior to joining CSG Law, Danielle worked as an associate for a boutique land use firm in Northern New Jersey. In this role, she regularly appeared before governing bodies and municipal planning and zoning boards for public hearings. Danielle gained significant experience drafting redevelopment agreements, developer’s agreements, financial agreements, subdivision deeds, easements and resolutions for governing bodies and municipal planning and zoning boards. Additionally, Danielle assisted clients with creating organizational documents for condominium associations and filing and registering public offering statements with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA).
Danielle earned her J.D. and Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. During her time as a law student, Danielle served as a research assistant in the Land Use Law Center. She also served as a legal intern for the New York State Office of the Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Bureau and Westchester Regional Office, Region 2 of the United States Environmental Protection Bureau and Region 2 of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Danielle received her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from State University at Albany.
