Dena B. Guttmann practices with the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group.
Prior to joining CSG Law, Dena worked for a New York-based law firm as an associate. In this role, she represented clients in all aspects of trusts and estates, from estate planning to estate administration and estate litigation. Dena counseled clients on all personal planning matters to implement tax mitigation strategies, advised and assisted fiduciaries on all aspects of estate and trust administration, and defended and contested wills and trusts. Additionally, she prepared, drafted and defended judicial accounting proceedings.
Dena earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where she served as the Submissions Editor for the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. She received her B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business.
