Anthony is counsel in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group. His practice focuses on M&A, private equity, emerging companies, venture capital, technology transactions, and outside general counsel services.
Prior to joining CSG Law, Anthony practiced in-house and, most recently, co-founded a successful data and analytics company. Anthony started his career at a top ten global law firm based in New York, where he represented private and public companies as part of the corporate group.
To his clients, Anthony brings a curiosity to learn the business, acumen to understand the business goals, and the experience to accomplish those goals. Having been a decision maker and operator, Anthony has a unique ability to empathize with and advise his clients in a practical way.
At CSG Law, Anthony works with corporate clients in all aspects of their day-to-day needs, including funding events, investments, acquisitions, discrete matters, and other corporate transactions. He also counsels entrepreneurs from start-up to exit.
Anthony earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School and received his B.A. in Management from Gettysburg College.
