CSG Reaffirms Commitment to New York City, Nearly Doubles Footprint at Eleven Times Square

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”), a leading regional law firm, announced today the opening of its expanded office space at Eleven Times Square in New York City. The firm now occupies 8,191-square-feet on the 34th Floor of the Class A commercial tower, nearly doubling its occupancy from the space previously held upon originally moving into the building in 2016.

CSG’s Manhattan office will continue to serve as a full-service hub with a particular focus on real estate, corporate transactions, immigration and commercial litigation.

“This latest investment in our New York City presence is the natural result of the excitement and demand we have generated throughout the marketplace since establishing an initial physical foothold just four years ago,” noted Daniel A. Schwartz, CSG’s Managing Member. “We are optimistic about our future prospects in Manhattan and beyond as we continue to identify opportunities to strategically enhance our competitive reach.”

The expansion follows a 2019 that saw more than 30 lateral hires join the firm, including two in New York City, as well as a series of 2018 hires that added four attorneys to CSG’s Manhattan-based roster. The firm continues to grow its New York headcount – most recently, with the addition of Adelina M. Sklyar to its Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group from Thompson Hine LLP in July 2020.

“We are committed to New York City – and this doubling down at Eleven Times Square is a central feature of our strategic growth plan,” added Francis J. Giantomasi, a Member with CSG’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group. “As we cross yet another exciting milestone in our firm’s history, this world-class office environment will accommodate our growing roster of the region’s brightest legal minds, as well as our increasingly sophisticated clientele, in the long-term.”
