NJUA: Keeping It 100: The PACT's Impact: Stimulus and Sustainability

John G. Valeri Jr., Practice Group Leader of CSG’s Environmental Law Group, will participate in the New Jersey Utilities Association’s 2020 Virtual Conference Thursday, September 10. His 2:00 PM panel discussion, "Keeping It 100: The PACT's Impact – Stimulus and Sustainability," will outline the Administration's intent for the implementation of its PACT initiative and implications for the State's utilities. Notably, the panel will be moderated by NJBPU Commissioner, Dianne Solomon.
