CSG's Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Equity Quotient: Learning Lab

On Wednesday, February 10, CSG employees joined together for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Learning Lab program.

The training program, co-hosted by Equity Quotient and CSG’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, was followed by several interactive "Dismantling Racism" breakout sessions, where members of the CSG family were encouraged to put forward their wide range of voices and perspectives towards shedding light on how, together, we can make our workplace, industry and community continually more diverse, just and inclusive. During the program, CSG's Neha Bhalani discussed the Supreme Court's role in effectuating and dismantling institutional racism.
