CSG's Nussbaum & Intellectual Property Group Named to WTR 1000

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) is delighted to share that both Peter E. Nussbaum and the firm’s trademark practice have been recognized by the World Trademark Review (“WTR”) in the eleventh edition of the World Trademark Review 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals (“WTR 1000”).  The directory, which focuses exclusively on trademark practice groups and attorneys, has established itself as a definitive resource for those seeking first-rate guidance in trademark and intellectual property law.

In his third consecutive appearance among the WTR 1000, Peter Nussbaum, Co-Chair of CSG’s Intellectual Property Group was acknowledged for his individual achievements in the trademark field over the course of the past year. Further, after first debuting in the ranking in 2020, the firm’s trademark practice was once again listed for their collective efforts supporting our clients and their brands.

According to WTR’s overview, “[CSG’s] IP attorneys understand the business criticality of strong, distinctive brands and make maximum efforts to obtain, secure, enforce and commercialise trademarks both in the United States and the world over.”

Discussing Nussbaum’s leadership of the team, WTR noted: “The team benefits from superb leadership from Peter Nussbaum, a popular lawyer who receives glowing reviews: ‘Peter is just incredible to work with – thorough and thoughtful, he covers things from all angles and can handle any issues that arise. Importantly, he doesn’t rush to litigate, but looks for reasonable and cost-effective resolutions. However, he knows when to be aggressive and is an excellent advocate for his clients, whose best interests he keeps front of mind.’”
