Mitchell Berkey and Francis J. Giantomasi Named 2021 Real Estate Influencers by ROI-NJ
Mitchell Berkey and Francis J. Giantomasi, both of whom are part of the leadership of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC’s (“CSG Law”) Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group, have been named among ROI-NJ’s 2021 Real Estate Influencers.
Mitch chairs the Real Estate Group, and Frank is a member of CSG Law’s Executive Committee. Both are mainstays among ROI-NJ’s Influencer list and embody the top-tier talent at CSG Law, which earlier this year earned New Jersey Law Journal’s Law Firm of the Year Award. Further highlighting their formidable team, the Real Estate Group also earned New Jersey Law Journal’s Dealmakers of the Year Award for 2021.
Mitch, in his role as chair, has been a key player in attracting extraordinary talents from high-profile roles within the private and public sectors. As ROI-NJ noted, “he is the visionary that drives both the practice’s strategic growth into one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s largest — with nearly 40 attorneys — and its geographic expansion handling transactions in markets nationwide.” Earlier this year, Mitch was also honored by The National Law Journal as a 2021 Real Estate and Construction Law Trailblazer.
Frank, who often appears in ROI-NJ’s Power List, was also recently named to the publication’s Health Care Influencer list in his capacity as in his capacity as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey. According to ROI-NJ, Frank is a “well-respected veteran [who] is always one step ahead.”
