Lana Berman Israel joins Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (“CSG Law”) continues to grow its numbers with the hire of Lana Berman Israel, an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law.

Lana, who joined in November, practices with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group, where her background as an attorney and in academia provides invaluable expertise to her corporate and banking clients and their legal teams. 

In addition to her role as counsel for CSG Law, Lana continues to work in Seton Hall University School of Law’s division of online learning. Lana has extensive experience in business law, contracts, asset-backed securitization and structured finance, distressed debt, negotiations, legal writing and research, and client relations.

In 2020, she served as counsel at a New Jersey-based law firm, and, before that, she was an associate at a prominent New York law firm.

CSG Law, which earlier this year was named Law Firm of the Year by the New Jersey Law Journal, has grown its ranks from 160 attorneys in 2019 to more than 175 attorneys at present.
