Jason Holt of CSG Law Joins Leadership Team of NJBIA's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council

The New Jersey Business & Industry Association (“NJBIA”) this week appointed Jason Holt, a Member of the Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group at Chiesa Shahinian Giantomasi (“CSG Law”), to the leadership team of the NJBIA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council (“DE&I Council”).

The council is comprised of executives from across the state who meet regularly to share best practices, collaborate on business opportunities, and help NJBIA members become more successful. Meetings often include guest speakers who share insights on topical issues of interest to business professionals.

With more than two decades of experience in state and local government, municipal corporations, turnaround strategy, litigation and fiscal management, Holt draws upon his background navigating the political and economic challenges of New Jersey to assist CSG Law in representing its varied portfolio of clients.

“Jason’s background as both an attorney and a municipal leader will serve the NJBIA’s DE&I Council well,” said Managing Member Patricia Costello. “His unique perspective and legal acumen will provide the council with significant insight into ways to foster diversity, equity and inclusion.”

Holt, who is also a member of the Firm’s Cannabis Law and Environmental Law teams, previously served as Atlantic City’s City Solicitor & Business Administrator as well as Corporation Counsel for the City of East Orange.
