CSG Law's Giantomasi and Schwartz Named to NJBIZ's 2022 Power 100

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is pleased to announce that Francis J. Giantomasi and Daniel A. Schwartz have been named to the 2022 NJBIZ Power 100, a recognition of New Jersey’s most influential people in business.

Amid CSG Law’s continued growth and recognition as a leader in the State’s business community, Frank and Dan were again recognized for their outstanding contributions to the Firm, its surrounding communities, and the greater business landscape. Frank and Dan were both recognized on the NJBIZ Power 100 list in 2021.

The publication notes that Frank, a Member with CSG Law’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group, “is one of the most prominent real estate players in the Newark-Elizabeth corridor, serving as redevelopment counsel to several notable mixed-use projects in the area. His work includes the New Jersey Performing Arts Center’s signature master plan for a mixed-use redevelopment on 6.1 acres surrounding the cultural institution that would create a new arts neighborhood, along with several marquee projects in the industrial marketplace in the region.” Frank, who chairs the board of trustees of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey, has also represented numerous developers “including Panasonic Corp.’s North American headquarters and its eventual sale to KFH Capital Investment Co. for $165 million; the $35 million Newark Courtyard by Marriott hotel; the Newark Hotel Indigo; seven historic building conversions on Market Street developed into 35,000 square feet of retail with over 80 residential units in a $35 million mixed-use project; and much more.”

As CSG Law’s Managing Member for the past six years, Dan’s leadership and strategic guidance shepherded the Firm through a tremendous period of growth in revenue, headcount, and geographic footprint, including the addition of new practices to better serve clients. Dan, who recently passed the torch to CSG Law’s current Managing Member Patricia Costello, currently serves as the chair of strategic planning and development for the Firm and is helming the design and build-out of CSG Law’s new 110,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art headquarters.
