CSG Law Welcomes Thomas Szieber

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC ("CSG Law") is pleased to announce that Thomas Szieber has joined the firm as an associate with the Trusts & Estates Group.

Thomas, whose practice focuses on estate planning and trust and estate administration, previously worked for a New Jersey-based business, litigation, and estate planning law firm.

In this role, he created estate plans with extensive document drafting of wills, healthcare directives, powers of attorney, revocable/irrevocable trusts, and other testamentary instruments. Tom gained experience overseeing the administration and termination of estates and trusts with corporate and individual fiduciaries, researching complex tax and estate-related issues, and assisting partners with estate litigation, real estate, insurance litigation and corporate law matters.

After earning his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, Tom served as a Legal Specialist in the Office of the Commissioner for the State of New Jersey’s Department of Children & Families (DCF), where he reviewed decisions from the Office of Administrative Law and composed final agency decisions. Following his time at DCF, Tom served as Senior Counsel for the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development’s Office of Special Compensation Funds, where he protected the rights, prerogatives and assets of the Uninsured Employers Fund (UEF) in the Courts of the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
