CSG Law Welcomes Danielle M. Federico

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC ("CSG Law") is pleased to announce that Danielle M. Federico has joined the firm as an associate with the Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group.

Danielle focuses her practice on residential, commercial, and industrial developers and redevelopers. She previously worked as an associate for a boutique land use firm in northern New Jersey, where she regularly appeared before governing bodies and municipal planning and zoning boards for public hearings.

In this role, Danielle gained significant experience drafting redevelopment agreements, developer’s agreements, financial agreements, subdivision deeds, easements and resolutions for governing bodies and municipal planning and zoning boards. Danielle also assisted clients with creating organizational documents for condominium associations and filing and registering public offering statements with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA).

Danielle earned her J.D. and Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law, and her B.A., in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the State University of Albany.
