CSG Law Hires Kerry Jean Moore as its First Chief Legal Talent Officer

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Kerry Jean Moore has become the firm’s first Chief Legal Talent Officer. In this role, Kerry Jean will be responsible for leading the firm’s legal recruiting and talent experience team, creating opportunities for professional development, mentorship and advancement for its attorneys.

Kerry Jean has more than 30 years of experience working in law firms, including most recently as Chief Talent Officer for a global AmLaw 100 firm where she led a team across national and global networks to model and execute best practices in all talent service operations. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and her B.A. from Boston College.

Kerry Jean joins an accomplished administrative team that includes Robert McGowan (Chief Operating and Finance Officer), who joined the firm in 2021; Hany Moussa (Chief Information Officer) and Dawn Afanador (Chief Marketing Officer), who joined the firm 2019; and Cheryl Ann Perzely (Chief Human Resources Officer), who has been with the firm for more than 30 years.
