Corporate Counsel/Member Opportunity
We are Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC ("CSG Law"); a nationally recognized regional law firm rooted in excellence, teamwork, and inclusion. Due to continued expansion we are seeking to bring on board an additional Counsel/Member to the Corporate Department, creating opportunity for a new team member to work alongside colleagues engaged in a full spectrum of corporate matters.
The ideal candidate for this role must possess advanced (7+ years) transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A transactions; and drafting/negotiating corporate transactional documents, including merger, stock/asset purchase, operating, and shareholder agreements. Excellent client skills, an ability to manage a legal team and admission to the NJ bar and NY are required; portable business is not a prerequisite.
