Nicole Tracy Named to Sussex County Bar Association Board of Trustees and Chair of its Business Law Committee
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce Nicole Tracy, an associate of the firm’s Employment Law Group, has been recently installed as a Trustee of the Sussex County Bar Association, along with being named Chair of the association’s Business Law Committee.
Nicole’s litigation practice focuses on representing employers in employment, commercial and contractual disputes involving claims of discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, wage and hour issues, and breach of restrictive covenants and non-disclosure agreements. As an advisor to both corporate and municipal clients, Nicole has extensive experience rendering legal advice to employers to help ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
