CSG Law Welcomes Aaron Rosenthal

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Aaron Rosenthal has joined the firm’s Intellectual Property Group.

Before joining CSG Law, Aaron served as a trademark examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office where he evaluated proposed trademarks for registration, communicated decisions to applicants, drafted briefs and brought cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In this position, he examined more than 1,000 trademark applications annually and won all cases brought before the TTAB.

Aaron’s prior experience includes as Staff Attorney and Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Daniel Patrick Brennan with the Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County; as Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Robert E. Senechalle Jr. with the Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County; as a Legal Extern with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Chief Counsel; and other roles.

Aaron earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, his M.A. in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and his B.A. in Old World Archaeology and Art from Brown University.
