Francis J. Giantomasi Named 2022 Health Care Influencer by ROI-NJ
Francis J. Giantomasi, a Member with Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC’s (“CSG Law”) Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group, has been named among ROI-NJ’s 2022 Health Care Influencers. The publication chose him based specifically on his role as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey (“NBIMC”).
NBIMC, as well as the larger RWJ Barnabas Health System, has benefitted from Frank’s vision and steady-handed leadership over course of the pandemic and in navigating the road to recovery. Drawing on his statewide real estate development practice, experiences and deep influence within the sector, Frank has been one of the leading minds behind Newark Beth’s ambitious “Newark Strong” renovation project, which is currently underway and positioned to change the face of the city’s South Ward.
Already a mainstay within ROI-NJ’s Real Estate Influencers and Power Lists, this year marks Frank’s second appearance in the Health Care category. Earlier this year, he was named third on NJBIZ’s Law Power list.
“An icon in the real estate space, he chairs the board at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey, where he’s helped shepherd the hospital through its $150 million expansion aimed at further connecting it to the community it serves,” ROI-NJ said in its ranking.
Outside of his involvement with NBIMC, Frank has been previously recognized by the Arthritis Foundation and Pillar Care Continuum (formerly Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey) with the organizations’ Health Champion of the Year (2016) and Man of the Year (2014) awards, respectively.
