Catherine P. Wells presented "Steering Clear of Legal Land Mines" at the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce's Annual "Everything Jersey" Business Conference and Expo on October 26, 2010.  Catherine's presentation covered employment law topics of concern to Garden State employers, including classifying workers, employment manuals, disability leave and privacy in the workplace.
