Residential Landlord: Tenant Law

Fredric P. Lavinthal presents on two topics at the Sterling Educations Services Inc. program "Residential Landlord-Tenant Law," held March 19, 2014.  Fred leads the sessions on "Commencement of the Tenancy" and "Tenant and Landlord Obligations During Tenancy." The all-day program also covers the following topics: Termination of Tenancy and Tenant Remedies and Defenses, The Eviction Process, Landlords and Tenants in Bankruptcy, and Ethical Considerations in Landlord-Tenant Law.
