From the CIANJ website: "As the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) enters its 5th year and Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) become more accustomed to processing cases each day, it will be important to understand how LSRPs apply their judgment to the cleanups for which they are responsible. With numerous guidance documents and policies in existence combined with the complexity of remediating a site, the reliance on best professional judgment (BPJ) to move cleanups along will no doubt increase. Come hear from LSRPs, attorneys and other professionals on how BPJ should be applied to expedite cleanups."
Dennis will participate in a panel titled "Issues Involving The Use of Best Professional Judgment."
