CSG's Nicole DiMaria and Melissa Salimbene Named to New Jersey Law Journal's 2015 New Leaders of the Bar

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC is proud to announce that Nicole DiMaria and Melissa Salimbene have been selected by New Jersey Law Journal for its 2015 “New Leaders of the Bar” listing of the state’s leading young attorneys.

Ms. DiMaria, Ms. Salimbene and their fellow 2015 honorees were profiled in a New Jersey Law Journal publication released in July. The winners will also be honored during an awards ceremony on September 17, 2015 at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park, NJ.

Ms. DiMaria, a member of the firm’s Health Care and Hospital and Corporate and Securities groups, represents health care providers, such as health care professionals, physician groups, ambulatory care facilities, health care and hospital systems, and long-term care facilities. Nicole also counsels entities that provide services to health care providers with respect to health care information privacy and security requirements.

Ms. DiMaria is a frequent author and speaker for organizations such as the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) and the Health Care Compliance Association. She obtained her J.D., with a concentration in health law, from Seton Hall Law School.

Ms. Salimbene, a counsel in the firm’s Litigation, Employment and Intellectual Property groups, regularly represents clients in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York, in several areas, including commercial matters, employment litigation and intellectual property disputes.

Ms. Salimbene obtained her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark.
