Significant Developments In Bankruptcy Law

Scott Zuber will serve as a panelist for New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education's "Significant Developments In Bankruptcy Law" program on June 16, 2016. The program will provide analysis on key bankruptcy decisions from 2011 through the present and how these recent decisions will impact bankruptcy proceedings. 

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
