Fidelity and Surety Law Committee Spring Meeting

Adam Friedman, Darren Grzyb and Amanda Miceli will be speakers at the American Bar Association's Tort Trial & Insurance (TIPS) Practice Section Fidelity & Surety Law Committee's (FSLC) Spring Meeting. Adam will provide welcoming remarks and introductions on May 11 and May 12. Darren will be presenting on "The Surprising Importance of a Performance Bond's Defined Terms to the Litigation and Resolution of Performance Bond Claims" on May 11. He also will be presenting on "The AIA A-311, Miller Act, Little Miller Act, and Non-Standard Performance Bond Forms Revisited" on May 12. Amanda Miceli will be presenting on "The Parties' Obligations Under the Performance Bond Relative to a Principal's Default" on May 11.
