CSG Launches Professional Liability Group

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) has announced the formation and launch of its Professional Liability Group. The group will defend regional, U.S. and international professional service providers – including law and accounting firms – against claims of malpractice in both state and federal courts.

Led by General Counsel Ronald Israel and Ethics-Conflicts Committee member Marie Mathews, CSG’s Professional Liability Group is staffed with attorneys bringing significant experience defending malpractice cases. The Group will operate as a part of the firm’s Litigation Practice, which is recognized as a leading commercial litigation practice nationally and in New Jersey, earning top honors in the 2018 Best Law Firm Rankings published by U.S. News and Best Lawyers.

In addition to defending civil matters, the Professional Liability Group will provide its clients with presentations on legislative malpractice updates and loss prevention techniques, as well as ethics counsel services to law firms or companies seeking advice relating to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
