CSG Welcomes Five Attorneys Across Core Practices

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) is pleased to announce that five experienced attorneys have joined the firm, strengthening its core practices and capabilities in real estate, development and land use law; litigation; environmental law; and corporate and securities law.

The firm welcomes:

Adam H. Cook, counsel specializing in formation and financing activities, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and general business and corporate governance matters. He joins from Budd Larner, P.C.

James S. Arrabito, associate specializing in matters relating to environmental regulation and litigation under federal and state law. He joins from Carter, Ledyard & Millburn LLP.

Gianni A. Corleone, associate specializing in the areas of land use planning and approvals, property tax appeals, foreclosures, insurance issues and agreements for options, leases and purchases. She joins from Ballard Spahr LLP.

Jeanmarie D. Dunn-Kane, associate specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions; representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing negotiations; guiding investors through 1031 like-kind exchanges; and reorganizing property holdings for the purposes of liability protection. She joins from Fein Such Kahn & Shepard, P.C.

James R. Hearon, associate specializing in litigation related to labor and employment claims, contract disputes and insurance coverage matters, as well as internal investigations. He joins from White & Williams LLP.

These additions follow the firm’s onboarding of Heidi I. Hansen, Steven A. Loeb, Tara L. Lotito and John Paul D. Dziuba II with its Trusts & Estates Group. Hansen and Loeb’s practices also extend into the firm’s Tax and Corporate & Securities Groups.
