CSG Earns High Rank Among New Jersey Employers in NJBIZ's 2021 Best Places to Work Program
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) ranked 18th among New Jersey’s largest employers in its second consecutive showing among NJBIZ’s 2021 Best Places to Work in New Jersey honorees. The awards were presented, and the rankings were revealed, during a ceremony at The Event Center at iPlay America in Freehold, New Jersey on September 9, 2021.
In evaluating the firm, The Best Places to Work program accounted for factors beyond its robust benefits program, work-life balance initiatives, health and wellness offerings and other employee perks. CSG was also recognized for its outstanding handling of employee relations over the course of the pandemic, which placed health and well-being above all else. NJBIZ touts the firm’s “innovation, adaptability and compassion when it comes to keeping its team safe, fulfilled and united.” CSG leadership worked to ensure that, while more than 80 percent of its workforce shifted into a remote work environment in March 2020, all remained connected and informed through regular firmwide town halls among a myriad of additional practice and department-specific touchpoints.
Notably, the firm has remained financially stable over the course of the past year. In fact, it has welcomed more than 50 new employees – including nearly 40 attorneys and legal professionals – to its ranks since January 2020.
Best Places to Work companies are evaluated and ranked based upon employee feedback in the “Best Places to Work” survey administered by Best Companies Group. The program collects data confidentially, allowing employees to comfortably share feedback about the companies they work for.
