CSG Law's Susan Reach Winters Named Among The National Law Journal's 2022 "Family/Elder Law Trailblazers"

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) announced today that Susan Reach Winters has been selected as a 2022 Family/Elder Law Trailblazer by The National Law Journal.

As she told The National Law Journal, “For the past three decades, I have blazed a trail in family law by being one of the first attorneys – if not the first – to embrace and practice the team approach to divorce, which brings together professionals from different backgrounds and disciplines to deal to provide solutions and support throughout the divorce process. Using the team approach, we not only call upon other attorneys at the law firm with extensive experience in trusts and estates, tax, real estate, and corporate law to help protect our clients’ legal rights, but we also utilize professionals in other disciplines such as: forensic accountants to identify and value the marital assets; financial advisors to assist the client in planning his or her future; and therapists to help the client deal with emotional and child-related issues.”

In addition to her business and legal savvy, Susan is also widely considered a go-to thought leader on the practice of family law among circles of matrimonial and legal advisors alike.

The trails Susan has blazed – whether in leading her team and clientele to CSG Law or establishing herself among the region’s foremost family law thought leaders – are still burning hot. And, seizing this extraordinary momentum, it’s only upwards from here.
