CSG Names Patricia Costello as Firm's First Female Managing Member; Daniel A. Schwartz Becomes Chair of Strategic Planning and Development

She becomes the first woman to serve as the leading executive at the firm since its founding in 1972. Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG”) is pleased to announce that it has been named to Bloomberg Law’s inaugural Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (“DEI”) Framework, which recognizes firms for the disclosure of diversity-related metrics and distinguished performance against six core pillars of an effective DEI program: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity and inclusion in the community. Notably, CSG is one of only 28 U.S.-based law firms listed in the framework.
